ABOUT US

Welcome to the Neuro Inclusive Foundation (NIF)

The Neuro Inclusive Foundation is a non-profit organization promoting neurodiversity awareness, acceptance, and inclusion across Kenya. We believe that neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia are natural variations of the human brain.

Our mission is to build a society that values every individual’s unique way of thinking and learning. Through awareness campaigns, community workshops, inclusive education, and workplace programs, we empower families, teachers, and employers to support neurodivergent individuals.

We also advocate for policies that ensure equal access and opportunities for all. We envision a Kenya where everyone—regardless of neurological makeup—can live, learn, and work with dignity and purpose.

What we Do

Awareness Campaigns

We organize national and community-level campaigns to promote understanding of neurodiversity and reduce stigma around conditions such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.

Community Engagement & Training

We hold workshops and seminars for families, educators, health workers, and employers to build inclusive attitudes and practical support skills.

Inclusive Education Programs

We partner with schools to promote learner-centered approaches, provide teacher training, and support the creation of inclusive classrooms.

Workplace Inclusion Initiatives

We train employers on neurodiversity inclusion, policy development, and workplace adjustments that empower neurodivergent employees.

Research & Data Collection

We conduct studies to better understand neurodiversity in Kenya and use the findings to shape programs and policies.

Policy & Advocacy

We engage government and stakeholders to push for inclusive laws, accessibility standards, and equitable opportunities for neurodivergent individuals.
